Job description:Noble Legal Ltd is a leading legal recruitment agency specialising in the recruitment of fully qualified solicitors of the highest calibre in London and internationally, for the most prestigious global firms and a number of global corporations.

We are looking for an intern to provide administrative support to our consultants, primarily by maintaining our database of clients, candidates and vacancies. This would suit a part time student/someone in a similar situationwho is London based or able to travel to London initially for training and then once or twice a month if choosing to predominantly work from home.

An interest in / knowledge of law is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

Researching and mapping the market to identify suitable candidates, adding them on to the Noble Legal database, coding them correctly through the use of company websites, the Law Society, LinkedIn etc.

Updating client records and contact information.
Cross referencing vacancies on the Noble Legal database with company websites to ensure they are still live.
Adding new in-house companies (with legal teams) and law firms to the database.

Updating job boards, including reposting adverts and removing adverts that have expired.
Updating formatted job specifications attached to vacancies on the database.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
There will be scope for increasing responsibilities according to the interns skills and performance

The internship will be part-time, on the basis of a zero-hours contract, ensuring flexibility according to the business needs and the interns availability min.

10-15 hours/week are envisaged.

requirements: We are looking for a bright, motivated individual with knowledge/interest in the legal sector who is keen to gain experience in a dynamic, fun, professional environment

Attention to detail, good organisation skills and advanced skills in Microsoft packages (word, excel) are a must, and previous administration experience is preferable.

Degree

requirements: Law degree preferable (attained or ongoing), but we will be happy to consider other degrees if you demonstrate an interest in the legal sector/ recruitment industry.

Location: Chancery Lane, London

Duration: 3 – 6 months, starting as soon as possible
