Description

The position will require someone with the ability to supervise the catering operation but will also involve supporting a small retail outlet.

What we would expect from you

You must have Food Hygiene Certificate, Knowledge of health and safety, and be Barista trained.

In addition, you must have experience in food service, food production (Basic café food, sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes & salads) and cash handling/till procedures.

This Café is located in a public venue and incorporates a small shop, so ideally you will have some knowledge of merchandising, as this will be an important part of the role.

The ability to speak fluent Welsh is essential.
