Call Advisor for Torbay Local Authority – £10 per hour
Start Date ASAP

We are recruiting for temporary Customer Service Advisors for Local Authority in Torbay.

Working from home as a frontline response to Covid-19, you will be taking calls from the clinically vulnerable people within the Torbay area.

You will provide a friendly, efficient customer service, using call scripts and work flow technology to enable the most effective customer journey.

Using your customer services skills you will also be resolving a significant proportion of queries at the first point of contact or routing them to the right team, providing accurate advice and guidance. Along with promoting self-service and sign posting to additional services both internally and externally.

You will be IT literate as there will be daily work on maintaining records and information, including updating of the information databases.

If you consider yourself to have excellent call handling and listening skills with a friendly and calm approach this is the role for you.
