We’re recruiting for Advisors to join our client’s fast growing Customer Care family on a long – term Temporary basis. The client are leaders in their Industry and are looking for Customer focused people to play a key role within their Contact centre in Deeside.

If you are experienced in the below, successful in going above and beyond and work to treat customers with fairness and positivity then this is the role for you! This position offers extensive support and training, the qualities they are looking for are;

Requirements:

Liaising with new and existing customers and helping them with their queries, delivering excellent service and taking personal ownership.
Contact Centre experience would be preferred. Customer service experience is essential.
Experience of working to targets and goals.
Always put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Outstanding telephone manner.
Great attention to detail.
Good PC skills.
Ability to be flexible in team.
Ability to use own initiative.

Full time hours available – this will include weekend working.

Opening hours to consider are: Monday – Friday from 8am-9pm / Saturday 8am-8pm / Sunday 8am-6pm
