About the role
This post is within the busy Development and Asset Management Department and is part of a team that is responsible for the delivery of JRHT’s latest Development Strategy and Asset Management Strategy. This strategy will ensure the delivery of 100 homes per annum, 60% for Social rent and 40% for Shared Ownership.
You will provide support and assistance to the Development and Asset Management team to enable the successful delivery of this development programme. Taking direct responsibility for the delivery of specific projects and carrying out general development functions.

About you
You will possess excellent administrative skills and be able to interpret and use often complex information. Working with the wider team you will be able to collate and manage data and if you have a basic knowledge of housing development and asset management processes, then so much the better.
The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others is essential in this role. Superb communication skills are a given along with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
