We are one of the top performing independent agencies in the Midlands area. We are now recruiting for a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding and ambitious team.
A sales background would be beneficial however, drive and ambition is key. You must be able to see an opportunity, grab it and look for a lead in every encounter. We will support you with an excellent training programme; however your individual success will be down to your personal initiative and work ethic. If you can talk the talk that is great, but be warned that this is a difficult job and very few people can actually do it and earn big. Failure rate is high as this is the hardest form of sales. You need to graft and must be very resilient. You will be expected to cold call businesses so the rejection can hit people hard on a daily basis! If there’s any doubts in your mind, please do not apply.
This is not a get rich quick job; you must have patience and be able to see the big picture.
Furthermore this job is much more than sales and can be incredibly stressful. Being honest at times, the job can appear to be up there with the worst on the planet! However if you can stick it and work hard, things get easier. It is an extremely financially rewarding position which can give you huge job satisfaction.
