WasteRecruit are pleased to be working with a leading Waste and Cleaning Company to recruit a Help Desk Operative.
This is a really important role for the company, and will require someone with excellent customer service, a logical mind, and the ability to react to situations as they come in. They are open to the possibility of candidates working on a part-time basis, particularly if they are able to work shifts over the weekend and/or some evenings.
The position will involve handling calls from prospective customers, managing existing accounts and the ability to prepare immediate quotations for sales. The successful candidate will also need to be able to liaise effectively with other members of the team, be it salesforce or operations to ensure that expectations are met on time and to an agreed cost.
Ideally applicants will have sales experience and an understanding of the waste and/or cleaning industries, as well as good administration skills
