We have exciting opportunities available to join our Recruitment Team at Wolviston Management Services on a full time basis.
The key purpose of the Recruitment Resourcer role is to support recruitment performance, through taking responsibility for non-sales related business activities and to deliver an exceptional level of service to internal stakeholders, candidates, and clients.
Working within a busy operations department, the duties are varied and interesting, involving recruitment, administration and customer service responsibilities. There will be opportunities to develop and progress throughout your career.
The role requires a skilled individual with proven customer service / administration experience, ideally within recruitment. Results orientated, possessing influencing and communication skills, with the ability to utilise social media, job boards and other channels to recruit. We are looking for individuals who are motivated and recognise the value of supportive teamwork, with a willingness to learn and deliver results.
