The Role: Warehouse Administrator

Are you an experienced warehouse administrator looking for your next perm position?

Our long term client, a well-known furniture manufacturer based in Leicester, are looking to grow their administration team. Yes GROWTH in these very uncertain times! You will be bubbly and outgoing and be willing to get stuck into everything administration!

Working Hours :Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: 18K -20K


•Answering Incoming Calls

•Production note printing, including chair / carton labels

•Sends Order confirmations to the customers

•Help with TNT dispatch labels

•Schedule W&Y sortation for the factory

•Admin Support for all Sales Team

•Email quotations and images direct to Dealers

•Dealing with Any Ad Hoc Queries Relating to Sales either By Phone or Email

•Process POS Stock currently 31 average per day

•Complete accurate spreadsheet and invoice carrier costs

•Booking in purchase orders / goods received

•Check TNT reports for issues

•Take Phone enquiries from TNT

•Notify of customers Thursday before delivery week

•Implementation of transportation e.g. booking vehicles, non-deliveries.. etc. including TNT labelling

•Ensure completed and attached preinstall forms received and attached to Del notes

•Creation / amendment of dispatch data sheet
